For a decade, High 5 has approached cannabis as a fine ingredient—worthy of the same respect as single-origin cocoa and hand-tempered couverture. Founded in 2015 and operating continuously in Santa Fe, we’re a legacy licensed manufacturer known for small-batch craft, rigorous process control, and an insistence on clean inputs from bean to bar to bite.

What Sets Our Chocolate Apart

  • Crafted by hand, start to finish. Our chocolates are made in small batches and finished by hand, with formulation and refinement handled in-house for consistency you can taste.

  • Purist ingredient standards. We use organic, fair-trade chocolate and keep our recipes gluten-free and non-GMO—because great chocolate should be clean, simple, and focused on flavor.

  • Clean extraction philosophy. We’re proudly NO COâ‚‚, NO BHO, and NO residual solvents—a stance aligned with our recognition as an “ambassador of Ethanol” by Organic Alcohol Company and our role as an educator on infusion/extraction.

  • Proven track record. As Santa Fe’s longest-running cannabis manufacturer, we’ve spent years refining repeatable processes that deliver reliable onset and a smooth, chocolate-forward experience.

Our line balances classic profiles with regionally inspired signatures and seasonal drops. Bars are typically 54 g with 10 scored squares for easy, consistent portioning.

  • Dubai BonBon (milk & dark), French Raspberry, Passion Fruit, Peanut Butter Cups, Day of the Dead Chocolate Skulls (milk, dark, white, white-raspberry splatter), plus charitable “Boob Boxes” each October (3% to charity).

Customization available (on request) with inclusions like freeze-dried fruit, chocolate/caramel pearls, toffee, and New Mexico Hatch chile—including red, green, or “Christmas” blends. Dried Cara Cara and Blood Orange slices are also offered for select builds.

How We Achieve Consistency
